What is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- CSC VLEs will book Parcels at their Premise
- Booking of two types of Parcels Registered and Speed Post Parcels
- Handover the booked parcel to the Linked Post Office(HO/SO)
- Linked Post Office will accept the Parcel and dispatch/deliver it as per departmental procedure Booking will be done by CSC VLE through his Wallet. After deducting CSC Commission, the remaining amount will be transferred to the nodal P.O at SMHO(New Delhi), therefore at the Linked Post Office the parcel will be treated as fully prepaid
